My fiction has been published in many journals, such as Louisiana Literature, Map Literary Review, Midwestern Gothic, Cagibi, and many more journals.

For the past sixteen years, I've worked as a teacher in various capacities, including ten at the collegiate level. In my time teaching high school, I spent four years teaching IB HL Language and Literature, three years with AP Literature, one year in IB HL Literature, and one year in IB Theory of Knowledge. During my tenure five year tenure at Celebration High School, my students had a 100% overall pass success rate with a "4 out of 7" or higher.

Also, my experience within instructional design happened in the classroom, since I developed interactive lessons with Nearpod, Kahoot, Edpuzzle, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, Canvas, Blackboard, and Articulate Rise 360 before COVID-19 made technology normal.

From 2014-2017, I served as Fiction Editor for Newfound, where I helped publish and select stories from David James Poissant, Adam O'Fallon Price, Kevin Grauke, and many others.
